travAmaze – Refunds/ Cancellations Policy

Refunds & Cancellations – travAmaze ensures that it delivers great customer experience. However, there may arise cases where dissatisfaction is expressed for our offerings in terms of products and
services. We have a very liberal cancellation policy as following:

· travAmaze or its affiliate partners will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are

· No cancellation service fee if the payment has not been processed.

· If the cancellation of trip is done post the payment of booking amount, then the amount to be refunded is calculated as below:

· travAmaze will charge Rs.1500 as cancellation service fee from the booking amount paid per person across destinations over and above any cancellation charges levied by the agent.

· Cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy of the agent will also hold good.

All refunds are processed within 21 working days to the traveller from the day of cancellation of the trip.

Mode of Refund -- The User acknowledge and understand that refund, if any, on cancelled bookings may be made in the form of a credit note/ voucher such that it may be used for future travel subject to terms applicable thereon or may be done in cash. In all cases, mode of refund (credit note or cash) is dependent upon the Travel Agent and/ or Service Provider as the case may be. Refunds will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking.

Booking(s) made by the User through travAmaze.com are subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy as set out on the booking page or as communicated to the customers in writing.
